following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

currently we only do domestic deliveries within South Africa.

shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on real-time rates.


all orders are processed within 2-3 business days. orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

if there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

you will a receive a tracking number once the order has been processed by our delivery partner, so that you can keep your eye on the prize!

returns.

even though we are sad to see that you might not be happy with the product and are therefore requesting a refund or an exchange, we have made the process convenient for you.

as our valued customer, you can either request an online return by contacting customer support by emailing hello@onnies.co.za. we will be happy to assess the return request and assist with either a voucher refund or exchange.fFor hygiene reasons, this is only applicable for bras.

please note, all products must be in their original condition and proof of purchase must be available upon request.

if the request is accepted, you will be credited with a voucher to the original value of the product or exchange for an alternative size.

we request that you pay for the courier costs involved with this exchange.
